BOPP Carton-Sealing Tape for Importers & Distributors
Finished rolls for wholesale, distribution, industrial packaging supply and private-label programs. The page separates the finished-roll specification from the much wider jumbo-roll buying task.
Define the finished roll in procurement terms
Width and length are not enough. Finished-tape enquiries should also cover total thickness, adhesive, core, pack configuration and whether the tape is used by hand or on a machine.
| Specification | V1 reference | Buyer note |
|---|---|---|
| Width | 48 mm typical | Confirm actual width tolerance and core format. |
| Length | 50 / 80 / 100 / 120 m research set | Use the required roll length in the RFQ rather than “standard roll”. |
| Total thickness | 43 / 45 / 48 / 50 / 52 µm research set | Not all values are presented as standing inventory. |
| Colors | Clear / Brown / Tan | Printing and private-label packaging require separate review. |
| Use format | Hand-use / Machine-use | Machine suitability must be checked against unwind and application requirements. |
General carton sealing
For warehouse, packing and distribution use. Confirm total thickness, roll length, carton quantity and packaging format.
Automated carton sealing
Unwind behavior, roll format and machine requirements should be reviewed. The site does not claim compatibility with every carton sealer.
Brand & packing requirements
Logo, print colors, tape color, labels and carton marks can be reviewed as a separate customization program.
“Heavy duty” should not be defined by micron alone
Carton weight, surface condition, temperature, adhesive coat, holding behavior and the required application window all affect the construction. We therefore treat heavy-duty positioning as an application discussion rather than a fixed marketing number.
Include carton and pallet requirements
Distributor programmes often depend on how the roll is packed, labelled and palletised. Those commercial details are confirmed with the exact specification and quantity rather than pre-filled as universal terms.
Review a finished-tape requirement
Tell us the width, length, total thickness, color, hand/machine use, printing, quantity and destination. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed only after specification review.
